A - MAJORITIES

The big race is of Spanish origin and was improved in England. The dwarf is of English creation.

Eggs to be smouldered: 40 grams. White shell.

Dimension of rings: COCK: 12 mm. HEN: 12 mm.

Ideal mass: COCK: 800 g. HEN 700 g.

B - TYPE AND POPULAR PURPOSE

Poultry elegant and hurt in the specific complexion. Maid pondeuse of eggs of beautiful size.

C - STANDARD

COCK

PORT(BEARING): graceful and elegant.

TRUNK: Hardly, lengthened(stretched out), slightly tilted towards the back.

NECK: Rather long, curved well, plentiful camail floating on shoulders

BACK: rather wide and long on all the area, raised(brought up) at the level of shoulders and coming down(falling) slightly towards the tail: long and plentiful lancets.

BREAST: wide, deep, rounded off well and striking.

WINGS: big, folded up well; the wide primary and secondary rémiges and stacked in the natural order when the wing is closed.

TAIL: big, full and opened well; wide and superimposed rectrices making an angle of 450 with the horizontal; long, uniform, bent back well sickles; small plentiful sickles

HEAD: moderately long and deep

FACE: full and smooth, of fine texture; red colour lively.

CREST: Simple, of uniform and profoundly toothed, smooth, straight and implanted(right and implanted) well, average size, with five marked well teeth. That of the environment(middle) slightly longer and proportionally wider than the four others; the spur of the crest follows slightly the incurvation of the neck. Red colour lively

MUMPS: In shape of almond(kernel), smooth, of moderate size; whites

BARBS: long, thin, smooth; lively red.

BEAK: Moderately long, slightly bent back; colour hooks.

EYES: big, full, brown reddish.

THIGHS: Of average size, rather long, the sharply visible knee below the line of the body.

TARSI: Lengths, spread well(pushed aside well), colour blue ardoisé.

FINGERS: Among four, rights, colour blue ardoisé.

HEN

HEAD, FACE, BEAK AND EYES: As to the cock.

CREST : Simple, of average, profoundly toothed size, with five marked teeth; the front and the first tooth are raised(drawn up), the rest falling gradually on a side, with fine texture, without folds or wrinkles.

BARBS AND MUMPS: As to the cock.

NECK : Rather long, gracefully curved.

BREAST, BACKS, WINGS: As to the cock.

TAIL : long, closed, forming an angle of 350 with the horizontal, wide and superimposed rectrices.

THIGHS, FINGERS AND TARSI: As to the cock.

COLOUR OF EGGS : Whites.

D - COLOUR OF the PLUMAGE AND DRAWINGS

A single variety: BLUE In BORDER

The best subjects have a blue colour of not too much bored, always brilliant bottom; every feather is lined with a very dark blue border, as close to the black as possible and brilliant. The drawing of the camail is inverted: every very widely flambÚ feather of blackish blue, finely lined with blue. Rémiges, rectrices and sickles are also blue has dark borders. The border is less visible on cook them and the belly. Under colour is blue slate.
